This day retreat was created as a safe space where women can gather gently, reconnect to themselves & be held in community. 🤍
Rooted in feminine wisdom, ancestral connection, nervous system restoration & spiritual practices passed woman to woman…this experience is designed to help you exhale deeply.

Powerful things happen when women come together. 🔥🌕
When we gather in this sacred container as our authentic selves we uplift, support & inspire each other.
Warning – this circle is a high vibrational space, I have my guides & angels protecting this space for healing & transformation so if this sounds like something for you… read on sister. 🫶🏽
Our evening will begin with aura smudging & a cacao ceremony, then a sharing circle…a chance to drop into the space & connect… the night will also include journalling practices, intentional rituals to mark & honour the full moon in Capricorn, oracle reading, group reiki to release & clear anything that no longer serves us & embodied movement. The goddess of the month is Coyolxauhqui, who is known as goddess of the moon, how awesome is that!
