In-Person Reiki + Sound

A space to slow down, soften and receive.
My Reiki sessions are intentionally unhurried. We have time to check in when you arrive, settle into the space and allow the session to unfold without watching the clock.
You’ll rest fully clothed on the treatment table while I offer Usui Reiki through gentle touch or with my hands slightly above the body.
Sound is naturally woven into my sessions through singing bowls and other instruments, alongside moments of quiet. I also work intuitively, allowing each session to be shaped by you and what arises on the day rather than following exactly the same sequence every time.
Everyone experiences Reiki differently. You might notice warmth, tingling, emotion, imagery, deep relaxation or a sense of stillness. You might simply have a really good rest. There is no “right” way to experience Reiki and nothing you need to make happen.
Afterwards, we have time to gently come back, have some water and talk about your experience and anything I noticed during the session.

Reiki Massage

For when you want the nurturing, physical experience of massage alongside Reiki and sound.
Reiki Massage combines hands-on back massage with Reiki, creating space to settle into your body before moving into the quieter part of the session.
Rather than treating massage, Reiki and sound as separate treatments, I weave them together intuitively throughout our time.
It’s a beautiful option if you’ve been feeling physically tense, carrying a lot or simply feel drawn to something more hands-on and grounding.
Like my Reiki sessions, Reiki Massage is intentionally spacious. There is time to arrive, receive and slowly come back into the room afterwards without feeling rushed.

Distance Reiki
30 minutes · $88
Receive Reiki from wherever you are.
Distance Reiki is a traditional part of Reiki practice and allows us to work together without being physically in the same space.
At your booked time, you can find somewhere comfortable to rest, meditate, journal or simply continue with your day while I complete your session remotely.
I approach distance Reiki with the same care and intention as my in-person sessions. Afterwards, I’ll send you an email sharing any intuitive impressions, themes or observations that arose for me during the session.
It’s a beautiful option if you live outside Brisbane, getting to an appointment isn’t practical, or you simply prefer receiving Reiki from your own space.
